Angels Mission
Our Mission as UAWR Angels is to help with all the duties that are needed in order to keep the rescue up and running. We are a group of volunteers who dedicate our time in order to help many horses have a better life. Many of the horses that come to UAWR who have been abused and neglected. They need our love, support, and attention in order to show these horses that humans really are a great thing and that the circumstances of the past are gone now and they are on the road to a brighter future.
Without, us UAWR would not be able to continue forward with the mission of saving abused, neglected, and slaughter bound horses.
You ask Slaughter Bound? Yes, horse are sent to slaughter everyday thousands of horses are slaughtered and their meat is sent overseas and cooked up for dinner. Can you even imagine these beautiful and magnificent animals on a dinner plate?? No!!! Your volunteer time is helping to keep more horses off the dinner table and here living a happy and well deserved life!
